Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days of shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@lalunenewyork.com and we will be happy to help. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
